We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by posting the revised Terms to the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date above and/or posting a notice on the homepage of the Site. Your continued use of the Site will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Information about Oriel
Our Site is operated by Oriel, a company incorporated in Cyprus as a private company and registered with the Commercial Registry with fiscal number CY10336762X with its registered office at 28th October Street nr. 367, Mediterranean Court, 1st floor, Office A5, 3107 Limassol, Cyprus.
2. Using our Site
Our site is available to access to users from time to time and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on the Site without notice. We will not be liable if our Site cannot be accessed for any reason. Oriel may also restrict access to certain elements of the Site from time to time.
3. Restrictions relating to our Site
You may only use the Site for lawful purposes. Oriel’s Site may not be used for any unlawful activities, including, but not limited to:
- Any action which has as its aim or effect fraud or any other breach of Cypriot, E.U. or other relevant legislation or law;

5. Copyright and Limited Licence
The Site and its content and other materials contained on the Site, including, without being limited to, the Oriel logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Site Materials“) are the property of Oriel and are protected by E.U. and international copyright laws. Oriel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site Materials; provided, however, that such licence is subject to these Terms and does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Site Materials; (b) the distribution, public performance or public display of any Site Materials; (c) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Site Materials, or any portion thereof; (d) use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (e) downloading (other than the page caching) of any portion of the Site Materials, except as expressly permitted on the Site; or (f) any use of the Site Materials other than for their intended purposes. Any use of the Site Materials other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will automatically terminate the licence granted in these Terms. Oriel may revoke this licence at any time.
“Oriel” the Oriel logo and any other product or service name or slogan contained on the Site are trademarks of Oriel or our suppliers or licensors and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Oriel or the applicable trademark holder. Any authorized use of these trademarks must be in accordance with guidelines that we may provide you from time to time. You may not use any meta-tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “Oriel” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Oriel without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by us or any other affiliation.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Site for non-commercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Oriel or any of our services in a false, misleading or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal or unlawful material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable to adults or minors. This limited right may be revoked at any time. You may not use a Oriel logo or other proprietary graphic of Oriel to link to the Site without the express prior written permission of Oriel. Further, you may not use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Oriel trademark, logo or other proprietary information without Oriel’s express written consent. Except as noted above, you are not granted any right or licence in or under any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary right of Oriel or any third party.

Oriel may provide third party content on the Site and may provide links to web pages and content of third parties (collectively the “Third Party Content“) as a service to those interested in this information. Oriel does not endorse any Third Party Content and makes no representation or warranties of any kind regarding the Third Party Content. 11. Variations to the Site
Oriel reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Site or the Terms will be filed only in the courts located in Cyprus.
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to use the Site Materials, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Site Materials.
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
